What is GLO-BUS?

GLO-BUS is the flagship international business strategy simulation game owned and marketed by McGraw-Hill Education Inc. It is a computer-based Strategy simulation, which is modeled to reflect real-world problems of global competition in many different markets. Student teams run a company in head-to-head competition against companies run by their class members and fellow competitors worldwide. The strategy game focuses upon aspects such as Production design, Marketing, Assembly, compensation and labor, Discount bids, Corporate Citizenship, Finance and Cash Flow. The competition runs over a simulated period of 10 years, where co-managers have to make decisions for the following year each week. Feedback on performance is given immediately after each decision round. All of these aspects of the simulation are crucial to achieving BUU’s vision of nurturing talent and innovation.
